Dr Stephen Flood

Dr. Flood has over 12 years’ experience working in climate change, environmental policy, consultancy and applied social science. His interests include communicating climate change adaptation and behavioural change, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, resilience and systems thinking, serious games, coastal management, climate change adaptation governance and decision-making, vulnerability assessment and risk management, climate finance and capacity building. His work makes a direct social, economic and environmental impact by enabling communities and end users to make better decisions, increase their environmental governance capacity, and thus protect their local environments and communities from the present and future impacts of climate change. He has proven expertise at managing projects, solving problems and communicating complex ideas to a range of audiences.
